My name's B, and I'm the Customer Support Specialist here at Flytanium. If you've ever sent us an email or message, then I've probably had the chance to chat with you!
I also help the team with other tasks like installations, quality control, and fulfillment. Sometimes I also get to design stuff like last year's Charro design for Cinco de Mayo, which was a fun way for me to share and celebrate my own Mexican American heritage.
In my free time I work as a digital illustrator and I’m an active member of my local art scene. In the summer I often participate in art markets and fan conventions in the Salt Lake valley. I have a passion for visual storytelling, and I love connecting with people which is something I bring to my work at Flytanium.
Aside from art, I’m a proud cat parent to my 9-year-old rescue named Luna. She might only have one eye but she’s perfect in my book. I also love video games, like The Legend of Zelda, Baldur’s Gate, Dark Souls, and Hollow Knight!
I’ve had the pleasure of working for Flytanium for over two years now and this is honestly the best team I’ve ever been part of. I love working here and being able to help our customers while learning about the world of knives has been a truly rewarding experience.
