Counterfeit Statement
When a product gets popular, it often gets copied. We’ve seen many counterfeits out there that look quite like the real deal, but their quality is always sub-par. If a price looks too good to be true, it probably is. We encourage you to buy Flytanium products directly from Flytanium.com or from our authorized dealers and avoid lookalikes on internet auction sites.
If you return a product to us and we determine that it is not a genuine Flytanium product, we will inform you and may give you an option to receive it back at your expense. We reserve the right to impound counterfeit goods at our discretion. Under no circumstances will we perform any service or repairs—no matter how minor—on any counterfeit, knockoff, or other non-Flytanium product.
We strongly encourage you to report counterfeits whenever possible.
