Less BEEF?
When our fans speak, we listen. You'll see this in many of our MEGA DROP products. We've been asked if we can make some of our knives smaller, more customizable, and even lighter.
Let's talk about that last one. We all love the BEEF, with it's larger blade size. But for some, the handles are too BEEFy. They want a lighter knife that takes up less space in their adventure bags. So we got to work on trimming the fat.
As our design team worked, the Arcade® Lite provided a solid solution.
Two Icons Fall in Love
We occasionally romanticize the knife industry, because why not? That's how we like to think about the union of our most popular folders.
But the more practical analogy is DNA science. A strand of BEEF, a strand of Arcade Lite. And lately we've leaned into admixture as we've been building the Lean BEEF.
Our overall goal was to create a lighter version of the BEEF that still packs a punch while reducing your pocket weight. We did that and added Flytanium flair to our new BEEF knife with:
- A Thinner and Upgraded PMX Blade
- Translucent Polycarbonate Scales
- Injection Molded Handles
- Even Less Weight
- Meat Marbling in Handle Texture
- Performance and Aesthetics
- BITS Warranty Coverage
- Durable Liners and Hardware
- Super Customizable
- Switch Out Most Parts
Don't get it twisted — this thing is still BEEFy. Sturdy parts and careful design certify this for the BEEF family, while staying a little lighter in the haunches.
If knives are falling in love or DNA is getting combined, we're happy to be at the front of the herd.
