Talisong Z - Cranberry Frost + Northern Lights

Here at Flytanium, we've made a lot of accessories and parts for a lot of knives. We figured it's about time we built a knife of our own from the ground up. We've teamed up with renowned custom balisong maker Eldon Talley to make his, and our, first production knife, the Talisong Z.

The handles are precision milled in our shop in Utah out of 7075 aluminum, the same high-zinc alloy used in aerospace construction. These channel-style handles are contoured, knurled, and weighted for fast and controlled flipping. The handles are Cerakoted in two colors, both with a brilliant metallic flake. The custom-made pivots are micro adjustable and include a hand tuned bushing and phosphor bronze washers, a combination that provides incredible strength and silky smooth flips. The knife utilizes custom made zen pins.

The Scimitar-style blade is made from AEB-L, a steel prized by custom knifemakers for its great toughness, high hardness, and corrosion resistance. It has a black-washed finish and a crowned spine, making for a knife that is comfortable to flip, and one that hides scratches.

We guarantee all Flytanium goods to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. If your product is defective, we will repair it, replace it, or substitute it for a different product of equal value.
