Whatever your favorite cut is, you can order it with our new BEEF DIY Kit. Choose your blade steel, finish, scales, and thumbstuds, and hardware and get ready to assemble your perfect BEEF.
You can expect to spend 20-30 minutes assembling your BEEF, making it a bite-sized activity you can wrangle in an afternoon. Yeehaw!

The kit comes fully disassembled. You will need a T8 Torx driver (not included) to assemble the kit, check out our selection here.

The BEEF is covered by our top-tier BITS Warranty. We'll match you with the best solution to replace, remedy, or repair functional damage to your knife from normal use. The BITS Warranty will last as long as we’re selling the BEEF knife and we'll try to fix or replace your knife for as long as we can. Cosmetic damage, damage beyond normal wear and tear, and loss or theft are not covered. Read more here.
Please keep in mind that the BEEF has a lot of small parts; basic knowledge of knife assembly and mechanics will be helpful. Please reach out for help with assembly if you get stuck on a step. This project has an intermediate difficulty and will take an estimated 20 minutes to assemble.
With the BEEF DIY Kit, intentional damage, incorrect assembly, or modifications to parts that alter the function are not covered.
